The motor fault diagnosis system consists of the EM AnlyP100 series electrical d

Classification:

  • Product Description
  • The motor fault diagnosis system consists of the EM AnlyP100 series electrical data acquisition hardware and EMA motor status monitoring and fault diagnosis software. It is a cost-effective, portable and easy-to-use motor status management and predictive maintenance support system designed by Pudimei in collaboration with international senior motor diagnostic experts for industrial field electrical engineers.

The motor fault diagnosis system utilizes mature electrical characteristic analysis technology and the long-term accumulated on-site testing data and analysis experience of Pudimei experts to provide you with information about the operating status and potential faults of the motor and its driven equipment, evaluate its performance, detect, diagnose and predict faults in advance, avoid production stoppage and high losses caused by sudden faults, and create value for electrical equipment prediction and maintenance for you.

The motor fault diagnosis system can be applied to electrical equipment such as induction motors, variable frequency drive motors, DC motors, synchronous motors, generators, and transformers. Electrical engineers utilize EM-AllyP100

The electrical data collector collects motor data in the control room. The collected data is uploaded to a PC for analysis, diagnosis, and reporting by EMA software.

The EMA motor status monitoring and fault diagnosis software is based on expert experience, automatically providing diagnostic reports and serving as a motor evaluation and predictive maintenance platform for electrical engineers.

EM AnlyP100 single-phase electrical data acquisition

EM AnlyP110 Three phase Electrical Data Acquisition

The EM-AllyP100 series data collector is divided into two models: EM-AllyP100 and EM-AllyP110. EM-AllyP100 is a single-phase data collector with two measurement modes: synchronously collecting one phase current and voltage at a time, or measuring only one phase current; Three phase data can be collected in sequence. EM-AllyP110 is a three-phase data collector with three measurement modes. It can synchronously collect three-phase current and voltage data at once, measure three-phase current synchronously, or measure only one phase current. EM-AllyP110 connects all three-phase electrical signals through the MTP-M portable testing interface.

Both EM AnlyP100 and 110 have the function of analyzing motor start-up, recording changes in current and voltage during start-up to determine the start-up current and start-up time. EM AnlyP110 can connect two vibration acceleration sensors to measure the vibration of the motor bearing seat, and can synchronously measure two measuring points or directions through two channels. EM AnlyP110 can be used to measure and judge the vibration status on site according to ISO10816 standards, and to judge the bearing alarm status according to empirical standards. It can also record vibration waveform data and upload it to EMA software for comprehensive analysis of motor electrical data and vibration data.

MTP-H/L high/low voltage motor safety testing interface

In order to improve the efficiency and safety of motor testing, a fixed testing interface MTP-H/L (high/low voltage) can be installed on the periodically tested motors. EM-AnalyP110

Support fixed testing interfaces, and use testing interface cables to directly connect three-phase electrical signals during testing.

The diagnostic capability of EMA motor fault diagnosis software covers motors, power supplies, and driven equipment.

The functions of EMA motor status monitoring and fault diagnosis software include data storage, digital signal processing, and feature analysis. Based on the nameplate data, test data, and expert system knowledge of the motor, automatic diagnostic conclusions and maintenance recommendations are drawn; At the same time, software provided report and graph drawing tools can also be used to view and verify the characteristics or evidence of various faults.

EMA software provides a systematic and comprehensive diagnosis of electric motors, covering not only the rotor, stator, and air gap of the motor body, but also power quality, harmonics, power, connections, three-phase balance, as well as analysis of bearings and driven machinery such as fans, pumps, belts, gearboxes, and reciprocating machines. These analysis and judgment rules are based on over 40 years of technological development, electrical standards, experience, and extensive validation of measured data. Compared to other techniques such as vibration analysis, they have unique technical characteristics and advantages.
